Sub-processors

This page lists the third-party sub-processors that Vanderstraeten Serge BV ("Vanderstraeten Serge BV", "we", "us" or "our") engages to help provide, secure, support and operate FlowForth. It supports the Privacy Policy (§10, Sharing of Personal Data) and the Data Processing Addendum (§8, Sub-Processors).
A sub-processor is a third party engaged by us that may process personal data in the course of delivering the Service. Each sub-processor is bound by data protection obligations that are no less protective than those required by the Data Processing Addendum, to the extent applicable to the services it provides.

We do not use any advertising, marketing, analytics or cross-site tracking sub-processors. See Privacy Policy §9 (Cookies and Similar Technologies) for details.
Where sub-processors process data outside the EEA
Some sub-processors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms, as described in the Privacy Policy (§11, International Transfers) and the Data Processing Addendum (§9, International Transfers).
Changes to this list
We may update our sub-processors from time to time as the Service evolves. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice or make updated information available. As set out in the Data Processing Addendum (§8, Sub-Processors), a customer may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds.
