Your Profile

Your profile page lets you manage your personal information, preferences, and notification settings. Access it by clicking your name or avatar in the navigation bar.

Personal Information​

You can update the following fields on your profile:

  • First Name (required)
  • Last Name (required)
  • Phone Number (optional)
  • Timezone — Select your timezone from the dropdown to ensure activities and schedules display the correct times.
  • Preferred Language — Choose your preferred language for the FlowForth interface.

Your email address is set during registration and cannot be changed from the profile page. If you need to change your email, contact your organization's administrator.

Theme Preference​

Toggle between Light mode and Dark mode to match your visual preference. FlowForth will remember your choice across sessions.

Notification Preferences​

If your organization has the Notifications integration enabled, you'll see additional settings on your profile page:

  • WhatsApp notifications toggle — Enable or disable WhatsApp notifications for yourself.
  • WhatsApp number — Enter your WhatsApp phone number in international format (e.g., +31612345678).

Make sure your WhatsApp number is in the correct international format (E.164), starting with a + followed by the country code and number. For example: +31612345678 for a Dutch number.

Saving Changes​

After making changes to your profile, click Save to apply them. You'll see a confirmation message once your profile has been updated successfully.
