Integrations Overview
FlowForth supports integrations that extend your organization's capabilities — from automated WhatsApp notifications to electronic invoicing via the Peppol network. Integrations are managed from a central settings page and can be activated or deactivated by organization admins.
How Integrations Work
Integrations in FlowForth follow a simple model:
- Browse available integrations — View the integrations page to see what's available.
- Activate an integration — Enable the integration for your organization.
- Configure settings — Each integration has its own settings page with configuration options.
- Use the features — Once active, integration features appear throughout the app.
Integrations can only be managed by users with the Organization Admin role. See Understanding User Roles for more information.
Available Integrations
FlowForth currently offers two integrations:
| Integration | Description |
|---|---|
| Notifications (Twilio) | Send automated WhatsApp notifications to clients about upcoming and completed activities. Includes two-way messaging and optional dedicated WhatsApp numbers. |
| E-Invoicing (Peppol) | Send invoices and credit notes electronically via the Peppol network. Includes invoice numbering configuration and tax category support. |
Accessing Integrations
- Click Settings in the main navigation menu.
- Select Integrations to view the integrations page.

The integrations page displays a card for each available integration showing its name, description, and current status.
Integration Statuses
Each integration shows one of the following statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | The integration is enabled and its features are available throughout the app |
| Inactive | The integration is not enabled — its features are hidden |
Usage Tracking
Some integrations include metered features that are tracked against your plan's included limits:
