Organization Settings
FlowForth lets organization administrators configure company information, billing details, branding, and e-invoicing identifiers — all from a single settings page.
Before You Begin
You need the Organization Admin role to access organization settings. See Understanding User Roles for more information.
Accessing Organization Settings
- Click Settings in the main navigation menu.
- Select Organization to open the settings page.
Organization settings page
General Settings
Configure your organization's basic identity:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Organization Name (required) | The name displayed throughout FlowForth |
| Organization Slug | A unique URL-friendly identifier for your organization |
Company Information
Add your business details that appear on invoices and client-facing documents:

- Street — Street name and number
- Postal Code — ZIP or postal code
- City — City name
- Country — Select from the available countries list
- Billing Email — Email address for billing correspondence
- Billing Phone — Phone number for billing contact
E-Invoicing Identifiers
If you use Peppol e-invoicing, configure these identifiers:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| VAT Number | Your VAT registration number (validated per country format) |
| Enterprise Number | Your company registration number |
| Peppol ID | Your Peppol participant identifier |
Payment Information
Configure the bank details that appear on your invoices:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| IBAN | Your International Bank Account Number (validated) |
| BIC | Your Bank Identifier Code (validated) |
Invoice Defaults
Configure default values that are applied when creating new invoices:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Default Tax Code | The Peppol tax category code applied to new invoice line items and activities by default. You can override the tax code on individual lines when editing an invoice. |
| Default VAT Percentage | The VAT rate applied to new line items when the tax category is S (Standard). Defaults to 21%. When the default tax code is non-S, this is automatically set to 0% and read-only. |
The available tax codes are:
| Code | Meaning |
|---|---|
| S — Standard rate | The default. Standard VAT rate applies. |
| Z — Zero rated | VAT applies at 0%. |
| E — Exempt from tax | No VAT charged; an exemption reason is required on the invoice. |
| O — Outside scope of VAT | Transaction is not subject to VAT. |
| AE — Reverse charge | VAT is accounted for by the buyer (reverse charge mechanism). |
| K — Intra-community supply | Zero-rated supply within the EU. |
| G — Export outside EU | Zero-rated export to a non-EU country. |
The default tax code is set to S (Standard rate) for new organizations. Change it here if your organization primarily uses a different tax category — for example, AE (Reverse charge) if most of your clients handle VAT through reverse charge.
Route Settings
Control how the Ready for Work feature behaves across your organization:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Only show Ready for Work routes on dashboard | When enabled, routes that have not been marked as Ready for Work are hidden from the dashboard and worker schedules. Activities not assigned to any route are always shown. |
| Only send reminders for Ready for Work routes | When enabled, client appointment reminders are only scheduled for activities on routes that have been marked as Ready for Work. When a route is marked ready, notifications are scheduled automatically. |
Both settings default to off (disabled). When disabled, all routes appear on dashboards and all eligible activities trigger notifications, regardless of their Ready for Work status.
For details on the Ready for Work toggle itself, see Ready for Work.
