What is FlowForth?

FlowForth is a scheduling and workforce management app that helps organizations plan activities, manage clients and locations, create routes, send notifications, and handle invoicing — all in one place.

Who is FlowForth for?

FlowForth is designed for service-based businesses that send teams to client locations — such as cleaning companies, maintenance firms, landscaping services, and similar field-service organizations.

What are the available plans?

FlowForth offers four plan tiers: Solo, Team, Business, and Enterprise. Each plan includes a different number of user seats and feature limits. See Subscription & Billing for more details.

What roles are available?

FlowForth has two main roles:

  • Organization Admin — Full access to all features, settings, and management tools.
  • Employee — Can view assigned routes, update activity statuses, and manage their own profile.

Can I use FlowForth on my phone?

FlowForth is a web application optimized for both desktop and mobile browsers. There is no native mobile app — simply open FlowForth in your phone's browser.

What languages does FlowForth support?

FlowForth currently supports English and Dutch.

How do I contact support?

You can reach FlowForth support through the contact links in the app footer, or by emailing support directly. Your organization admin can also submit requests through the settings page.

Can I export my data?

Yes. FlowForth supports exporting activity reports and invoice reports to CSV. See Exporting Data for details.

Is my data secure?

FlowForth uses industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and role-based access controls. Organization admins can review changes via the Audit Logs.

What integrations are available?

FlowForth currently supports two integrations:

  • Notifications (Twilio) — Automated WhatsApp notifications to clients.
  • E-Invoicing (Peppol) — Electronic invoicing via the Peppol network.
