Navigating the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home screen in FlowForth. It gives you a real-time overview of your routes, activities, and progress for the day or week.

View Modes

The Dashboard supports two view modes, toggled from the top of the page:

  • Daily View — Shows all routes and activities for a single day.
  • Weekly View — Shows aggregated routes and activities across a 7-day period.

Map Display

The Dashboard includes a map showing:

  • Activity markers colored by status.
  • Route lines connecting activities in sequence.
  • Click on a marker to select and view details for that activity.

If you grant location access in your browser, the map also shows your current position and can calculate travel time and distance to your next incomplete activity. A Navigate button opens Google Maps with directions.

Employee Filter (Administrators Only)

If you're an administrator, a dropdown at the top of the Dashboard lets you view another team member's routes. This is useful for monitoring your team's progress. Your selection is remembered between sessions.
