Reports Overview

FlowForth provides built-in reports to help you track revenue, forecast income, and prepare tax filings. All reports are accessible from the Reports hub in the main navigation.

Before You Begin

You need the Organization Admin role to access reports. Regular users do not see the Reports section in the navigation menu.

Available Reports

FlowForth offers three report types, each serving a different purpose:

Activity Reports

Forecast upcoming revenue based on scheduled activities. The activity report looks forward in time, showing expected income from activities that are planned or already completed.

  • Revenue forecasting with interactive charts
  • Filter by client and date range
  • Compare forecasted vs. completed revenue

Invoice Reports

Analyze historical revenue from sent invoices. The invoice report looks backward, showing income that has been invoiced and broken down by team member.

  • Invoice listing with details

Invoice Journal

A detailed tax reporting ledger listing all invoices with full VAT breakdowns. This report is designed for compliance with tax authorities.

  • Paginated invoice listing with VAT details
  • VAT breakdown by rate
  • CSV export for tax filing

Accessing Reports

  1. Click Reports in the main navigation menu.
  2. The Reports hub displays three cards — one for each report type.
  3. Click a card to open that report.

Common Features

All reports share several features:

  • Date range filters — Narrow data to a specific time period using presets or custom dates.
  • Chart granularity — Switch between daily, weekly, and monthly data points.
  • Interactive charts — Hover for exact values, click legend items to toggle data series.
  • Real-time filtering — Charts and totals update immediately as you change filters.
