Subscription & Billing
FlowForth uses a subscription model with different plan tiers. The billing page gives you an overview of your current plan, usage, and invoices.
Before You Begin
You need the Organization Admin role to view billing information. See Understanding User Roles for more information.
Accessing Billing
- Click Settings in the main navigation menu.
- Select Billing to open the billing page.

Plan Overview
The billing page displays your current subscription details:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Plan Name | Your current plan tier (Solo, Team, Business, or Enterprise) |
| Billing Interval | Monthly or Yearly |
| Price | The cost per billing period |
| Status | Active or Cancelled |
| Next Billing Date | When your next payment is due |
Available Plans
FlowForth offers four plan tiers:
| Plan | Description |
|---|---|
| Solo | For individual users working on their own |
| Team | For small teams with shared scheduling |
| Business | For growing organizations with advanced features |
| Enterprise | For large organizations with full feature access |
Each plan includes a different number of user seats and feature limits. Contact FlowForth support to discuss plan options or request a change.
Seat Usage
The billing page shows your current seat usage:
- Active Members — Users currently using FlowForth
- Pending Invitations — Invitations that reserve a seat
- Maximum Seats — The total seats included in your plan
A progress bar visualizes your usage against the limit. If you reach your seat limit, you cannot invite new members until you upgrade or remove existing users.
Usage Tracking
FlowForth tracks usage of metered features:

| Peppol Documents | E-invoices sent via the Peppol network |
| WhatsApp Messages | Notification messages sent via WhatsApp |
Each feature has an included limit based on your plan. Usage beyond the limit is billed as overage at the applicable rate.
Billing Invoices
The billing page lists invoices from FlowForth for your subscription:
- Billing Period — The period covered by the invoice
- Plan — The plan you were on during that period
- Total — The amount charged
- Status — Draft, Finalized, Paid, or Void
- PDF Download — Download a PDF copy of the invoice
These are invoices from FlowForth for your subscription — not the invoices you create for your clients. For client invoicing, see Invoicing Overview.
