Browsing All Locations
The Locations page gives you a global view of every location across all clients in your organization. Instead of drilling into each client to find a specific site, you can search and browse them all from one place.
Finding the Locations Page
The Locations page is located in the left-hand navigation under the Clients group:
- In the sidebar, click Clients to expand the group.
- Click Locations.
This page is available to users with the Organization Admin role.
Understanding the Grid
The page displays a table with the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Location Name | The name of the location. Click the name to open the location detail page. |
| Client | The client this location belongs to. |
| Contact | The on-site contact person, if one has been set. |
| Address | The full address displayed on a single line (street, city, postal code, and country). |
| # Activities | The number of activities scheduled at this location. |
Locations are sorted alphabetically by name.
Searching for a Location
Use the search box in the top-right corner to filter locations by name:
- Type a location name (or part of a name) in the search field.
- Press Enter or click the search button. The grid updates to show only matching locations.
- Click Clear to remove the filter and see all locations again.
The search is case-insensitive — typing "warehouse" will match "Main Warehouse", "WAREHOUSE B", and so on.
Your search term is remembered in your browser. When you return to the Locations page, your last search is restored automatically so you can pick up where you left off.
Scrolling Through Results
The page loads 20 locations at a time. As you scroll down, more locations are loaded automatically. A loading indicator appears while the next batch is being fetched.
Opening a Location
Click on a location name in the grid to navigate to its detail page, where you can view and edit all location information, see scheduled activities, and validate the address on a map.
What You Cannot Do on This Page
The Locations page is read-only. To create, edit, or delete a location, navigate to the specific client's detail page or to the individual location's detail page.
