Map Features

Activity Markers

Each activity is displayed as a numbered marker on the map. The number corresponds to the activity's sequence order within its route.

  • Numbered markers — Show the activity's position in the route sequence (1, 2, 3, etc.)
  • Checkmark markers — Indicate completed activities
  • Color coding — In the weekly view, markers are color-coded by day of the week

Click on any marker to see a popup with activity details:

  • Activity title
  • Client and location name
  • Address
  • Time window (if set)
  • Current status

Route Lines

The map draws lines between activities in the same route, showing the travel path. These lines follow actual road routes (not straight lines), giving you an accurate picture of the travel path.

tip

Route lines are calculated using real road network data from OSRM (Open Source Routing Machine). The displayed paths reflect actual driving routes.

User Location

If a team member's location is available, the map shows their position with a pulsing marker. A dashed line shows the path to their next activity.

View Modes

Daily View

The default view shows all activities for a single day:

  • All markers are displayed in the same color
  • Route lines connect activities in sequence order
  • The map auto-fits to show all activities

Weekly View

Switch to the weekly view to see activities across an entire week:

  • Activities are color-coded by day of the week
  • A legend shows which color represents each day
  • Route lines are colored to match their day

This view helps you identify geographic patterns across the week and plan more efficient recurring routes.
