Invoice Reports

The Invoice Reports page provides revenue analytics with interactive charts, letting you track income trends over time and break down revenue by client and team member.

Accessing Invoice Reports

Navigate to Invoices from the main navigation, then select the Reports tab or section.

Report Overview

The report page displays:

  • Total Revenue — Combined total of all invoices matching your filters.
  • Total Activities — Number of invoiced activities.
  • Total Users — Number of unique team members associated with invoiced activities.

Revenue Chart

The main chart shows revenue over time as a line chart. Each team member is represented by a separate colored line, allowing you to see individual contributions.

  • Toggle lines — Click a team member's name in the legend to show or hide their line.
  • Hover — Hover over data points to see exact amounts.

Chart Granularity

Choose how data points are grouped:

  • Daily — One data point per day.
  • Weekly — One data point per week.
  • Monthly — One data point per month.

Filters

Narrow the report data using the following filters:

  • Clients — Select one or more clients to include (multi-select).
  • Users — Select one or more team members to include (multi-select).
  • Date range — Choose from presets:
    • Last 3 Months — The most recent three months.
    • All Time — All available data.
    • Custom Range — Select specific start and end dates.

Below the chart, a table lists all invoices matching your filters:
