Activity Photos
FlowForth allows you to attach photos to activities as documentation or evidence of completed work. This is useful for quality control, client communication, and record keeping.
Supported File Types
You can upload photos in the following formats:
- JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg)
- PNG (.png)
- GIF (.gif)
- WebP (.webp)
The maximum file size for a single photo is 10 MB.
Uploading Photos
- Open the activity detail page for the activity.
- Scroll to the Photos section.
- Click the Upload Photo button.
- Select an image file from your device.
- The photo will upload and appear in the photos section.
You can upload multiple photos to a single activity by repeating the process.

Viewing Photos
Photos are displayed as thumbnails in the activity's photo section. Click on a thumbnail to open the photo in a lightbox view at full size.

Deleting Photos
- Navigate to the activity's photo section.
- Click the Delete button on the photo you want to remove.
- Confirm the deletion.
The photo will be permanently removed from the activity.
Photos and Reviews
Photos are often used together with the review system. When an activity is flagged for review, the attached photos provide context for the reviewer. For example:
- An employee marks an activity as Can't Complete and uploads a photo showing why.
- The admin reviews the photo and resolution notes before resolving the review.
Who Can Manage Photos?
- Organization Admins can upload and delete any photos on any activity.
- Employees can upload photos to activities on their assigned routes and delete their own uploads.
