  • Complete — Mark the activity as finished. Records the completion timestamp.

Employees assigned to the activity's route can update the status but cannot edit other activity details.

Review System

Activities can be flagged for review when something needs attention. The review section shows:

  • Review Status — Whether a review has been requested.
  • Review Notes — Notes from the person who requested the review.
  • Requested By — Who flagged the activity for review and when.

If a review is pending, admins can:

  • Resolve Review — Mark the review as resolved with optional resolution notes.
  • Clear Review — Remove the review flag entirely.

When an activity is marked as Can't Complete, it is automatically flagged for review.

Editing Recurring Activities

When you edit an activity that is part of a recurring series, FlowForth will ask you to choose the scope of your changes:

  • This activity only — Apply changes to just this single instance.
  • This and future activities — Apply changes to this instance and all future instances in the series.

If your changes affect the price of activities that are already on invoices, FlowForth will show a preview of the impact before applying changes.

See Recurring Activities for more details on update scope behavior.
