Notification History
FlowForth keeps a complete log of all notifications sent to clients. Use the Notification History page to track delivery status, troubleshoot failed messages, and resend notifications.
Accessing Notification History
Navigate to Notifications → History from the main navigation menu. The page shows a paginated list of all sent notifications, with the most recent first.

Filtering Notifications
Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down the list:

Notification history filters
Notification Details
Click on any notification in the list to open its detail view. The detail modal shows:
- Recipient — The client name and phone number.
- Type — The notification type (e.g., Service Reminder, Service Completed).
- Channel — How the notification was sent (e.g., WhatsApp).
- Status — Current delivery status with a color-coded badge.
- Message Body — The full text of the message that was sent.
- Timestamps — Created at, Sent at, Delivered at, and Read at times.
- Error Message — If the notification failed, the error details are shown here.

Understanding Statuses
| Status | Badge Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Queued | Grey | Waiting to be sent |
| Sent | Blue | Sent to the delivery provider |
| Delivered | Green | Confirmed received on the client's device |
| Read | Green | Client has opened and read the message |
| Failed | Red | Delivery failed — see error message for details |
Resending Failed Notifications
If a WhatsApp notification fails to deliver, you can resend it:
- Open the notification detail by clicking on the failed notification.
- Review the error message to understand what went wrong.
- Click the Resend button.
Common reasons for failed notifications include invalid phone numbers, clients not having WhatsApp installed, or temporary network issues. Check the client's phone number format before resending.
The resend option is only available for WhatsApp notifications with a Failed status.
