Common questions and solutions for account and login problems.
I forgot my password
- On the login page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link and follow the instructions.
Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the reset email within a few minutes.

My password reset link isn't working
Password reset links expire after a limited time. If your link has expired or shows an error, request a new one by clicking Forgot Password again on the login page.
I can't log in — my account is deactivated
If you see a message that your account has been deactivated, contact your organization admin. Admins can reactivate your account from the User Management page.
I'm not receiving the invitation email
If you were invited to join an organization but didn't receive the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Verify with the admin that they used the correct email address.
- Ask the admin to resend the invitation from the Invitations page.
My session keeps expiring
If you're frequently logged out, try enabling the Remember Me option on the login page. This keeps your session active across browser sessions. If the problem persists, check that your browser is not blocking cookies.
I can't access certain features
Feature access depends on your role:
- Organization Admins have full access to all features and settings.
- Employees have limited access — they can view assigned routes and update activity statuses but cannot manage settings, routes, or invoicing.
If you need more access, ask your organization admin to update your role. See Understanding User Roles.
My organization is disabled
If your entire organization has been disabled, no users can log in or access the app. This typically happens due to billing issues. See Organization Disabled State for more information on what this means and how to resolve it.
How do I change my email address or name?
You can update your profile information from the Your Profile settings page.
